The Mill is a 5,000-square-foot creative retreat space designed for movement, art, and connection.

Upstairs, a magnificent palapa-covered studio (30x40 ft, unobstructed) provides an inspiring setting for dance, yoga, performance, or any creative endeavor. The sprung Marley dance floor, full stereo system, and floor-to-ceiling 40-foot-wide windowed doors open west toward sweeping views of the farms and the Pacific Ocean.

Directly below, the indoor-outdoor gathering area mirrors the same open feel and expansive views. A professional kitchen, spacious dining area, and lounge are designed with a modern, rustic flair—perfect for communal meals, conversation, and downtime between sessions.

Behind the main spaces, both upstairs and downstairs, are six mountain-facing bedrooms, each sleeping 1–3 guests. Every room includes custom-built beds with soft white linens, zen-like lighting, ceiling fans, a sink, and a closet.

The shared bath area features three private shower stalls and toilets plus communal sinks and changing area, providing comfort and privacy after practice. There is a half bath upstairs and a full bathroom in the spa room.
