The Mill
The Mill is a 5,000-square-foot creative retreat space designed for movement, art, and connection.
Upstairs, a magnificent palapa-covered studio (30x40 ft, unobstructed) provides an inspiring setting for dance, yoga, performance, or any creative endeavor. The sprung Marley dance floor, full stereo system, and floor-to-ceiling 40-foot-wide windowed doors open west toward sweeping views of the farms and the Pacific Ocean.
Directly below, the indoor-outdoor gathering area mirrors the same open feel and expansive views. A professional kitchen, spacious dining area, and lounge are designed with a modern, rustic flair—perfect for communal meals, conversation, and downtime between sessions.
Behind the main spaces, both upstairs and downstairs, are six mountain-facing bedrooms, each sleeping 1–3 guests. Every room includes custom-built beds with soft white linens, zen-like lighting, ceiling fans, a sink, and a closet.
The shared bath area features three private shower stalls and toilets plus communal sinks and changing area, providing comfort and privacy after practice. There is a half bath upstairs and a full bathroom in the spa room.
THE MILL TRIPLET
The most communal room, and maybe the most fun. This is the most accessible price point — without sacrificing comfort or beauty.

La Casita
La Casita is a stylish, palapa-roofed, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home that can be included as part of a retreat or rented separately for a private stay with friends or family.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area flow seamlessly into three inviting outdoor patios—perfect for lounging, sunbathing, or al fresco dining under the Baja sky.
Two upstairs bedrooms feature king-sized custom-built beds, private ensuite bathrooms with sinks and showers, and panoramic views of the farms and Pacific Ocean. 1 room is larger then the other with 2 sinks rather than 1 sink.
The downstairs includes one bedroom with a queen bed overlooking the ocean and farmlands, and another with two twin beds facing the mountains. These rooms share a spacious bathroom with two sinks and a shower.
CASITA QUEEN
Perfect if you want added privacy and comfort, while still being immersed in retreat life. A gentle step up in spaciousness and separation.

CASITA KING/TWINS
This King offers more quiet and personal space. Ideal if you want the retreat experience with a bit more solitude at the end of each day. Bathroom shared with one other room, outdoor access, and additional separation from the main Mill building.
