The foundation of all dressings is Nuvo Olive Oil, an award-winning olive oil that is cold pressed twelve hours after having been harvested from 125 year old olive orchards.
We only use two sweeteners; either local, raw unfiltered honey or Coconut Secret's Raw Organic Coconut Nectar. In all of our dressings we use French Celtic Sea Salt from the San Francisco Salt Company.
Our Dressings are shelf stable for at least six months. We recommend to store them in the refrigerator and use them within two weeks after opening. Because we do not use any emulsifiers, our Dressings are required to be shaken, and sometimes stirred, before using.
